About The Job The Milestone & Validation Specialist will assist the Milestone and Validation Lead in implementing the project plan to ensure it stays within established milestones, accurately track checklist completion, and schedule AHJ and third‑party inspections. The position reports to the Milestone‑Validation Lead. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Overseas validation of Open Space captures and drone deploy captures; ensure captures at all inspection milestones and validate assignments before overseas review. Create and maintain critical dimension checklists for each unit type on a project. Develop unit labeling and QR coding for field use. Track resource data entry and follow up into procurement reports. Revise visual communication boards in collaboration with the technical production lead. Coordinate documentation control, file handling, and distribution of third‑party inspection reports. Update constraint logs and interdepartmental reporting for project solution meetings. Coordinate OAC and PSM meetings, including agendas, minutes, timing, and attendance. Track and complete RFIs, organizing logs by urgency and due dates, and notifying the Technical Project Lead upon resolution. Maintain version control of construction documents and ASIs; upload updated drawings to Procore and inform subcontractors. Represent and advocate JPI’s culture and guiding principles. Maintain daily collaboration and documentation to support site performance tracking. Commit to 5‑day (Monday‑Friday) physical co‑location. Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in a business or professional setting, including non‑profit or government roles. Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Why work for us?
