Entry Level Sales Representative (Metro Detroit)

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Promote products, services, and promotions to customers face-to-face
• Speak with prospective retail customers
• Acquire new business and process sales accounts on-site
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Handle and overcome objections as they arise
• Review KPIs and campaign growth with management
• Manage customers via CRM software
• Partner with our retail locations to ensure we're providing the best guest experience

Employment Benefits:

• Competitive pay consists of hourly vs. commissions on a draw system, incuding bonuses/incentives based on performance metrics. Average compensation is $55,000-65,000, but compensation is uncapped.
