Job Description :

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

• Bachelor's Degree; DAWIA Certification; NCMA certifications
• FAC-C Professional Certification (or current DHS/USCG equivalent certification)

Clearance

• Low Risk, Non-Sensitive, HSPD-12 Credentialing, SF-85 Suitability Required

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

• Minimum 5 years of federal acquisition support experience; FAR-based procurement experience; federal contract administration; cost/price analysis; negotiations; source selection; solicitation preparation; task order support

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide acquisition support to LOG-9 Contracting Officers;
• Assist with market research; prepare procurement documentation;
• Support solicitation development; assist evaluation teams;
• Support negotiations; prepare acquisition correspondence and modifications;
• Support invoice processing and closeout; track milestones and acquisition schedules;
• Maintain compliance with FAR and DHS/USCG procurement procedures

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

• DHS/USCG support experience; simplified acquisition support; invoice review and payment processing; contract closeout support
