Position: Customer Care Agent (Call Center) Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 12 Months Job Description Minimum HS Diploma or GED Minimum 1yr customer service experience, preferably in a call center Perform customer request/problem identification and follow defined procedures to resolve correctly Receives and log internal and/or external customer problem/request/issue and ensure proper documentation Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention Demonstrate understanding of the customer's business needs and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr VDart Inc
