Production Welder

Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate a variety of hand tools safely and effectively to support manufacturing processes Move materials and supplies to designated work areas, ensuring proper handling and safety Perform welding operations according to specifications and safety standards Produce sound, attractive welds that meet quality and durability requirements Clean parts and welds to ensure finished products meet quality standards Read and interpret shop blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks Change welding tips, nozzles, liners, and other components as needed to maintain equipment performance Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in welding, including knowledge of different welding techniques (e.g., MIG) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment maintenance Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to welding and manufacturing environments Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team We foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
