  Salary Range: $400,000 - $500,000.

The compensation package for this role includes a guaranteed first-year base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure aims to ensure income stability during your initial year while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors affecting net collections. This offer is subject to the terms outlined in the final employment agreement.
