We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate PsychiatryNurse Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments ofelderly patients in nursing homes.
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans based on thepatient's mental health needs.
• Provide medication management and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians,psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Offer counseling and psychotherapy services to patients and their families.
• Educate patients and their families about mental healthconditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliancewith organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and qualityimprovement initiatives.

Compensation:

Salary; Annual range of: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 negotiable

RVU: Compensation follows a structured RVU (Relative Value Unit)model designed to recognize clinical productivity, quality of care,and professional excellence.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York withspecialization in Psychiatry (PMHNP).
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload of patients.
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of psychiatric medicationsand treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establishrapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basiccomputer skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
