Success in this role requires strong focus, precision, and the ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Because many of our products involve small components and detailed assembly work, candidates will complete a series of vision assessments as part of the hiring process to ensure they can perform the essential functions of the position safely and effectively.
