Compensation: $83.00 - $98.00 per hour

What We Offer:

• Inpatient services at Dayton General Hospital

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
• BLS certification every 2 years

Key Responsibilities – Inpatient Services:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations for inpatient patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and communication-related goals.
• Provide interventions and education to improve safety and independence in ADLs and IADLs.
• Utilize appropriate therapy modalities to support patient progress.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients in proper use.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document all care accurately for coding and billing.
• Communicate patient progress and collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members as needed.
