Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a 38-bed emergency department.
• Work primarily nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM on a 3x12 schedule.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to improve patient outcomes.
• Float to different units as needed for comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR system.
• Support trauma and stroke protocols in a Level III Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Current AZ RN License with a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Preferred experience with Cerner EMR systems.
• Desirable experience as a Charge Nurse with potential extra compensation.
• Strong ability to adapt to varying circumstances and float as needed.
• Commitment to starting within 2 weeks after offer acceptance.
