Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Savannah, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pediatrics OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Operating Room Pediatrics (OR PEDS) in Savannah a specialized role focusing on pediatric general, orthopedic, ear, nose, and throat, as well as neuro surgeries. Provides surgical care in a modern, pediatric-focused hospital setting for a contract period, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and adherence to safety standards. Job Details Position Description: No on-call requirements. Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm or 6:45 am to 5:15 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: RN or CST certification preferred; Pediatrics experience with pediatric general, trauma, ortho, ENT, neuro skills required; BLS certification; 0 years of experience; location in Savannah; high school diploma or equivalent, or higher education. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric surgery procedures; familiarity with pediatric patient care models; experience working with advanced pediatric surgical equipment such as Stryker microscopes, Neptune, and C-arm systems. Additional Information: The unit is a newly opened pediatric hospital attached to a main medical center, featuring all new equipment and a supportive, family-like environment. The hospital is the only Level I trauma center and only childrens hospital in the region, recognized for quality care and awards.
