Machine Builder – 1st Shift

Waterville, OH

Pay: $20–$24/hour

Local Company is seeking skilled and mechanically inclined Machine Builders to join our team in Waterville, Ohio. This is a 1st shift opportunity with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

⚠️ Please note: This is not a Machine Operator role . We custom-build industrial furnaces from print to production and are looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on, technical work.

Position Summary

As a Machine Builder, you will be responsible for assembling custom industrial furnaces and equipment according to engineering prints and specifications. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and experience across multiple skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities

Build and assemble custom furnaces from detailed blueprints and schematics
Perform welding, fabrication, piping, and basic electrical work
Ensure builds meet quality and safety standards
Work collaboratively with team members to complete complex builds
Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments during assembly

Qualifications

Experience in welding, fabrication, electrical work, and/or piping
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read prints/schematics
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders as needed
