Customer Service RepresentativeTurn Every Customer Call Into a Spark: Join Our Team and Make a Difference.Operating as a retail hearth industry leader for over 40 years, a premier home improvement and hearth specialty business.Customer Service Representative Details:Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $21.00 / hourPart Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 09:00am to 05:30pm)Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Actively listen to customer needs, address questions, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.Collaborate effectively with sales and service teams to facilitate smooth project progression and ensure overall customer satisfaction.Coordinate and track important information related to customer accounts, orders, and service requests.Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are consistently met and concerns are fully resolved.Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive communication in all interactions.Contribute to a friendly, community-oriented, and clean work environment. Ability to stand and/or sit comfortably throughout the entire workday. Strong ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamicCustomer Service Representative Qualifications:Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.Availability for First Shift hours, primarily Monday through Friday. Some Saturday required.Previous experience in a retail environment.Prior experience as a Receptionist.Be self-motivated & dependable.Ability & willingness to learn products, services, and processes.Applicant may be subject to a background check.
