Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand patient needs comprehensively.

  • Work collaboratively with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and cultural contexts.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), adapting your approach to suit individual, couple, family, and group settings.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to additional resources as necessary, ensuring clients receive seamless, continuous care.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation by recording progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Engage clients and their families in psychoeducation, equipping them with skills and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

  • Work in concert with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
