We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our team at the Oceanside Center in Hampton, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,320 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. For Nurse Practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
• In states where applicable, an unrestricted professional license and DEA for APRNs and PAs.

This position is designed for full-time work, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is a key feature of this role.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: $112,320 - $128,960 per year.
