Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Division President for one of our top clients. The Division President is responsible for leading the sales, operations, and profitability of multiple Sales Centers within an assigned division. This individual will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, develop high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across the region while supporting long-term business objectives.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-10+ years of operational leadership experience within the HVAC industry and related product lines.

• Proven success leading sales, operations, and profitability initiatives in a wholesale distribution environment.

• Demonstrated ability to grow market share, increase revenue, and improve profitability through strategic business planning.

• Experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales and operations teams.

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience interpreting P&L statements and business performance metrics. - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

• Experience managing wholesale HVAC equipment supply houses.

• Advanced knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and distribution channels.

• Experience building and maintaining residential and commercial contractor relationships.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning capabilities.
