- Will NOT be required to supervise CRNAs

Requirements:

• Active NY license or willing to obtain

• BC/BE

• BLS, ACLS & PALS

• Echo Board Certified and/or Cardiac Fellowship-Trained

• NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
