Driving strategic growth initiatives in the nuclear sector, the full-time remote Corporate Development Manager will lead corporate development efforts, conduct market analyses, and collaborate with senior leadership on mergers and acquisitions. Key responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of corporate development initiatives to enhance the company's competitive position Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and manage mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Nuclear Science, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic roles within the defense, nuclear, or energy sector Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
