Job Description
The individual is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems, by responding to service calls to diagnose and fix issues such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning appliances.
Essential functions:
- diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
- installing and maintaining plumbing systems
- identifying leaks
- troubleshooting system problems
- replacing fixtures
- providing customer service
- ensuring work adheres to building codes
- effectively communicating with clients about their plumbing needs
- working in tight spaces
Requirements:
- 3 Years working experience
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Pass drug test
- Available for On-Call
- Must be able to bend, squat, twist, reach, kneel, and lift heavy items (50 lbs)
