About the Role

1-Tom-Plumber is growing and we're looking for an energetic, reliable Neighborhood Canvasser to help us get the word out. This is a walking, boots-on-the-ground role — you'll be going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, placing door hangers, and putting our name in front of homeowners.

No sales pressure, no cold-calling scripts — just consistent, honest effort covering your route and representing a trusted local brand.

What You'll Do

Walk assigned residential routes/neighborhoods distributing door hangers.

Follow a provided route plan and cover it thoroughly and efficiently.

Represent 1-Tom-Plumber professionally if you interact with homeowners.

Track and report which areas/streets have been completed.

Communicate with your supervisor on route progress, questions, or issues.

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week.

Flexible daytime scheduling (details discussed at interview).

What We're Looking For

18 years or older.

Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods.

Able to walk outdoors for extended periods, in varying weather conditions.

Comfortable working independently and staying on task without direct supervision.

Friendly, presentable, and reliable — you're often the first impression of our company.

Must be able to pass a basic background check.
