Journeyman Electrician (Commercial Flat Roof)

Pay: $55/hr, $50/day per diem for travel, lodging fully covered during travel assignments

Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to join a growing solar installation team supporting projects across agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors.

In this role, you will install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical components of solar systems, including AC/DC wiring, conduit runs, inverters, and disconnects. You will read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics while collaborating closely with solar installation crews in the field.

This position includes leading and mentoring 1–2 apprentices and requires strong communication and leadership skills. Candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively solve problems on job sites.

The role requires travel approximately 20–30% within Minnesota. During travel assignments, per diem and lodging are provided.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00/yr. Full benefits + company vehicle for foreman
