· Assist with identifying import compliance red flags and develop responses and recommendations for local businesses and senior management.
· Support duty optimization and special program eligibility analyses, including free trade agreements, duty drawback, temporary importation, and other customs-saving opportunities where applicable.
· Manage customs broker oversight processes and help ensure the accuracy and completeness of entry filings, post-entry corrections, and related customs submissions.

· Work with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, logistics, finance, tax, engineering, and operations, to review import compliance requirements for company products and transactions.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. government agency requirements relating to imports, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Partner Government Agency requirements as applicable.
· Assist with internal reviews, investigations, and corrective actions relating to import compliance issues, including classification, valuation, origin, marking, broker management, and recordkeeping.
