Title: Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Location: Lynn, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient & In-Home Behavioral Health Services

Job Summary

We are seeking an independently licensed behavioral health professional to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and direct clinical care. This role oversees outpatient, in-home therapy, and SUD clinicians while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to licensed, pre-licensed clinicians, and interns.

• Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation.

• Monitor clinical quality, productivity, documentation, and compliance.

• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, professional development, and performance management.

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and serve as an escalation point for clinical and client concerns.

• Maintain a reduced caseload providing individual, family, and/or group therapy.

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, care coordination, safety planning, and referrals.

• Collaborate with families, guardians, schools, and community providers.

• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.

• Support licensing, payer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in quality-improvement activities and site operations.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

• Active, independent Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical mental health and/or substance-use experience .

• Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, or program-coordination experience.

• CANS certification.

• Knowledge of CBHI and outpatient and/or home-based behavioral health services.

• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical leadership skills.

• EHR and standard office software proficiency.

• Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
