The Opportunity We’re seeking a Process Group Leader to provide frontline leadership and supervision across our fertiliser production operations. You will play a critical role in leading shift teams, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance, and supporting continuous improvement across the operation. You will balance operational priorities, coaching and development, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting business objectives.
