Become a key player as a Product Support Coordinator B

You will support shipping, receiving, and material handling to help the organization meet customer delivery schedules safely and accurately. In this role you will coordinate with carriers, warehouse colleagues, and production teams to process shipments, receive parts, and maintain inventory systems. This is an onsite role (first shift: MondayThursday, 6:30am5:00pm) for a 12-month contract.

Here's how you'll make an impact on the team

• Work independently on materials or shipping/receiving tasks with limited assistance
• Issue and receive parts in MSS and use Solumina for material functions
• Key in and process basic shipments and schedule outbound shipments with carriers
• Use Lean Kit board, Kanban board, and related material-flow tools to support production
• Follow and accurately complete required paperwork and shipping procedures
• Perform other related shipping, receiving, and material handling responsibilities as needed

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role

• High school diploma or GED
• DOT certification
• Basic inventory and shipping/receiving knowledge
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and complete paperwork accurately
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required
• Demonstrated process knowledge and ability to apply newly learned techniques
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team setting

Pay range

$15.60 - $19.50/hour
