Our organization is currently looking for a full-time, board-certified Family Medicine physician to join our faculty team in Richland, Washington. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the careers of future physicians, enhance patient care, and contribute positively to the health of the community.

Established in 2015, our Family Medicine Residency program offers a cutting-edge facility where residents collaborate with faculty and medical assistants. As part of the UW School of Medicine WWAMI Network, we are one of 33 residency programs that benefit from extensive resources. Our mission focuses on training physicians to excel in comprehensive and compassionate family medicine while improving access to primary care in the region.

• Integrate lifestyle medicine and osteopathic principles into the curriculum to elevate educational standards.
• Engage in didactic sessions, including lectures, case discussions, and practical clinical training, to create a nurturing learning atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with fellow faculty to enhance the educational quality of the residency program through teamwork and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Deliver medical care and educational experiences to a diverse patient demographic, showcasing cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Participate in the recruitment process, contributing to the program's growth and engaging with prospective residents.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with designated time for administrative and non-clinical responsibilities; flexibility may be required based on program demands.
• Receive robust clinical support from a team that includes pharmacists, psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers.
• The weekly agenda will feature a balanced combination of clinical duties, teaching, supervision, educational activities, and administrative responsibilities.
• Our program promotes an inclusive and supportive environment, with excellent administrative assistance.

• Annual salary ranges from $256,671 to $299,155.
• As a non-profit entity, our organization qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
• Attractive recruitment incentives include a signing bonus, $15,000 for relocation, and $5,000 for continuing medical education (CME) allowances.

The compensation figures mentioned may encompass productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift bonuses, as applicable. CME benefits may also be available to providers.

• Preferred experience in teaching or precepting; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
