Job Description

Marshfield Medical Center is looking for BE/BC Ophthalmologist that has completed a Retina fellowship to join an established Ophthalmology team in Marshfield, Wisconsin . The full-scope department offers subspecialty care including glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmology. Busy practice with potential for unlimited growth! Excellent referral base!

Compensation and Benefits
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
