Job Responsibilities

• Personalize Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs to craft individualized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday tasks.
• Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure care is comprehensive and compassionate.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapy methods and techniques to promote continuous progress at home.
• Evaluate Progress and Make Adjustments: Keep track of clinical results and adapt interventions as required to keep patients on track towards their goals.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for continuing education and additional certifications for your professional development.

Certifications

• Current OTR/L license is a must.
• NBCOT certification required.
