Specifically, the individual in this position:delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needsdevelops and retains business by providing outstanding customer serviceperforms a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performanceAdditionally, the On-Site Supervisor may supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major SURGE ClientDelivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employeesDevelops and retains business by providing outstanding customer servicePerforms a variety of administrative tasksMonitor attendance of employeesProcess and assist with Workers Compensation claimsReconcile invoices from all vendorsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSHigh School diploma requiredProven leadership/success in a previous managerial roleExceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnershipsMinimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experienceMust have great communication and customer service skillsMust have administrative skillsExperience in performing background checks, I 9, and E VerifyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and InternetEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERSurge is an equal opportunity employer.
