Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service, to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff; oversee daily store opening and closing; monitor financial performance through sales and expense analysis; manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation; ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies; provide exceptional customer service; and handle cash control and security procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and retail merchandising; ability to interpret operational documents and perform math calculations; and familiarity with safety and security policies. Bilingual skills may be preferred. Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, occasional climbing, and driving; fast-paced environment with moderate noise; exposure to weather conditions at times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
