Investigate facts and search various sources, such as public records, to prepare cases. Legal Research - Knowledge of basic legal research principles, techniques and electronic resources. Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, case and document management systems, file and record organization, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Computers and Electronics - Familiarity with computer hardware and knowledge of software, including applications.
