This is a unique opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to drive thoughtful growth, help shape the hiring strategy, and strengthen workplace culture. Be a strategic leader while making a direct impact on the company’s employee experience, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth. Responsibilities Lead and support company-wide hiring initiatives, partnering with leadership on workforce planning and recruitment strategies. Define job descriptions, manage interview processes, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences. Coordinate and optimize recruiting operations, including vendor management and hiring decision support. Own and continuously improve onboarding processes, providing clear expectations, training, and engagement for new hires. Identify and address gaps in employee experience, recommending and implementing effective improvements. Drive and scale culture-building initiatives, reinforce company values, and support employee engagement programs. Advise and partner closely with managers on people operations, performance management, and employee relations. Utilize data and feedback to identify HR trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting a fair and professional workplace. Must-Have Skills 6–10 years of professional experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles (experience range is flexible for the right fit). Strong builder mentality—proven ability to create structure, design processes, and implement improvements. Expertise in end-to-end hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture support within a growth-stage company. Exceptional stakeholder management; collaborative, trustworthy, practical, and able to comfortably engage with leadership and staff. Ability to balance strategic advising with hands‑on execution, including vendor management and cross‑functional support. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility across teams. Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism with sensitive issues. Passionate about shaping a positive employee experience and not just executing tasks. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in fintech, financial services, private markets, SaaS, technology, or a regulated industry environment. Background supporting both technical and business talent acquisition. Track record building HR or People Operations processes from the ground up. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talently
