Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities


Accounts Management, compiling and preparing reports, files and documentation.

Job duties and responsibilities specific to department:

• Responsible for paying invoices in Banner
• Maintaining and reconciling P-Cards and processing payments.
• Coordinating the ordering of office supplies and library equipment.
• Reviewing and reconciling monthly e-prints, travel requests, rental car reservations, and requisitions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Requirements

• Two years of college credit.

Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements

• Three years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts management area. Additional related education and experience may be exchanged for a portion of the requirements.
• Ability to work with details, memory for oral and written directions, alertness, initiative, ability to plan and make decisions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keyboarding, bookkeeping, filing, and microcomputers.
