Job Id: 2621 # of Openings: 1 Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Water and Wastewater Services engineering lead for our Northeast Ohio/Cleveland market sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, with proven experience in design of treatment, pumping and storage systems, and ability to build our Water and Wastewater services in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. This role involves business development, client engagement, working on municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols. Primary Functions

• Lead marketing and project execution efforts for Water and Wastewater projects in the Cleveland market area.
• Initiate meetings with potential clients and lead proposal efforts.
• Act as client liaison for Cleveland area Water and Wastewater process projects.
• Assist with project management and project execution in Cleveland and other market locations.
• Prepare and oversee preparation of technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Recruit staff to build our Water and Wastewater services in the Cleveland area.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline departments throughout the firm for successful project execution.
• Promote cross marketing of other services offered by the firm.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 10+ years of experience or demonstrated ability in water/wastewater treatment design, project management, and business development
• Experience in leading marketing efforts and proposal writing
• Strong understanding of QA/QC protocols, OEPA regulations, and state/local environmental compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of process, electrical and controls systems for water and wastewater systems.
• Knowledge of construction management and field inspection practices.
• Leadership and oversight of staff

Desired Education
