Position Summary  

As a member of the Ministry Partnership Team, the? Recurring Giving Specialist is responsible for growing, strengthening, and retaining PreBorn!’s recurring donor community. This role owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of recurring giving strategies.  

This individual must have a heart for PreBorn!’s mission and approach this role with a spirit of ministry, cultivating meaningful relationships, expressing genuine gratitude, and helping others see how their recurring generosity is being used by God to save babies and souls.

Qualifications  

Required  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 
• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, sustained giving, direct response, digital fundraising, recurring giving, or a related field. 
• Demonstrated ability to work with donor data and translate data into actionable fundraising strategies. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong Excel knowledge 
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, donor segments, and follow-up processes simultaneously. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 
• Ability to work collaboratively across various PreBorn teams. 

Preferred  

• Direct experience managing a monthly or recurring giving program. 
• Experience with digital fundraising platforms, payment processors, marketing automation, or recurring-payment systems. 
• Experience using Virtuous CRM  database. 
• Experience with donor segmentation, testing, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing. 
• Familiarity with donor retention and lifetime-value analysis. 
• Experience working within a high-growth nonprofit or ministry environment.
