Occupational Therapist – School-Based (Contract)
Location: Arizona 86404
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM (depending on IEP meetings)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (early release)
Full school year contract, 36 hours guaranteed/week
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for students Preschool through High School
Responsible for ~25 students (treatments), plus screenings, evaluations, and annual write-ups
Float to 6 schools (2 schools interconnected; 2 schools ~20 min drive from Parker area)
Maintain documentation using DSCTop (daily) and EIEPPRO (annuals, evaluations, quarterlies); internal documentation in Teams
Collaborate with COTA and school staff to ensure student progress and compliance
Occupational Therapist license (OT, not COTA) – Required
BLS certification – Required
Experience with student evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation – Preferred
