Nurse Practitioner

This role is for a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider, either a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, providing primary and urgent care in a sub-acute, long-term care setting. Responsibilities include: working collaboratively with center leadership, medical directors, and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care, and supporting residents' health and well-being. Qualifications: must be a graduate from an accredited nursing or PA program, licensed and certified accordingly, with preferred experience working with adult or geriatric populations. State licensure and certifications such as NCCPA are required. Skills: collaboration, clinical expertise in geriatrics, and familiarity with healthcare protocols. New grads are welcome.
