If so, read on… Your Next Position We are seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer (who lives within ~1 hour of the shop in McFarland) to join our team. We aren't the cheapest HVAC company in town – we are the best. We stand proudly behind our work - which means we want your installations to be done well – so much so, we never book more than one install per day no matter what. We Bid It Right So You Can Build It Right. Have a helper you already work well with? Bring them with you! We are flexible and happy consider your helper too. What's In It for You Top-Tier Hourly Pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hr based on experience. $3,000 Hiring Bonus Unmatched Bonus Structure: Regular quarterly bonuses, year-end bonuses, and recall-free installation bonuses. On top of that, we love to hand out unexpected "Surprise & Delight" bonuses just for crushing it. Health Insurance: 95% of the premium covered by Aire Serv. Dental Insurance: 50% of the premium covered by Aire Serv. Life Insurance: $10,000 policy fully covered by Aire Serv. Retirement: 401(k) with a company match up to 3%. Paid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks of PTO + 6 major paid holidays. Premium Gear Provided: Branded, fully-stocked company van, fuel card, company-paid iPad, uniforms with professional laundry service, tool reimbursement, and boot reimbursement. What You'll Do (The Workflow) Morning Prep (7:45 AM): Meet at the shop and spend 15–20 minutes reviewing the day's job with the salesperson. Talk through what was bid, ensure you have everything you need, and map out anticipated roadblocks so you can head out fully prepared. On the Road (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Drive the company van to the job site (with your helper) and lead the installation project to completion with elite attention to detail. End of Day: Return to the shop, check in with the team, clean off the trucks, and make sure everything is prepped and ready to roll for the next morning. Collaborate: Participate in short office team meetings twice a week to share ideas, pitch growth strategies, and talk through how we can do better as a company. "See a Need, Fill a Need" - While your primary role is Lead Installer, we all chip in wherever it's needed. We look for individuals with a flexible mindset who are willing to step in and wear another hat if a unique need arises - whether that means helping out in new construction or assisting the service division. While this doesn’t happen often, we all step in when needed. It really is what makes us unique. (Ask about examples of this...it's inspiring!) What You Bring to the Table Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience specifically as an HVAC Lead Installer, cleanly leading projects from start to finish. Credentials: EPA Certification is required. Elite Problem-Solving Skills: You are curious and solutions-oriented. While rare, when an installation doesn't look like what you expected when you arrive on a job site, you actively seek to understand, course-correct, and figure out a solution to still make the install happen. Your paid time starts the moment you report to the office in McFarland at 7:45 AM, includes your travel time to and from the job site in a company vehicle, and ends when you drop the truck back off.
