Our organization is actively seeking board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists to enhance our expanding faculty within the Anesthesiology Department at a highly regarded hospital in the greater Atlanta region. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a collaborative care team model, providing medical direction at a ratio of 1:2 to 1:3.
• Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on patient care and mutual support among peers.
• Engage in advancing clinical excellence, innovative research, and progressive medical education as a faculty physician.
• Involve in a comprehensive education program, offering bedside teaching, formal lectures, and simulation-based training to a diverse group of trainees.
• Explore leadership and academic growth opportunities within the organization, with dedicated time and financial backing.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $480,000 to $520,000 , based on AAMC ranking, with additional compensation for productivity.
