CDL-A New Graduate Truck Driver | Guaranteed Weekly Pay

Just got your Class A CDL and wondering who will hire you without a year of experience? We will. We are actively hiring recent CDL school graduates and entry-level drivers for our Paid CDL Training Fleet .
We set you up for a long, successful career by pairing you with a professional mentor for a 4-to-6-week paid training program. Once finished, you will upgrade to your own truck as a solo driver, hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight.
What We Offer:
- Paid Over-the-Road Training: Earn a reliable paycheck while gaining real-world experience.
- Zero Loading/Unloading: 100% no-touch freight. We don't expect you to move cargo.
- Financial Safety Nets: Guaranteed layover and detention pay so you get paid for your time.
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
- Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1000 (after training)
Run Details:
- Schedule: Out on the road for 2 weeks at a time (options to stay out longer are available).
- Home Time: Earn 1 full day of home time for every week you are out.
- Route: High-volume over-the-road (OTR) lanes across the lower 48 states.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Class A CDL.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Fair Chance Employer: Backgrounds, driving tickets, and past incidents are reviewed fairly on an individual basis.
