Your Role as a Sr. Adoption & Change Management Consultant – Copilot & AI Adoption As a Senior Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant, you will help organizations transform the way they work by combining business process improvement, operational consulting, and change management expertise to drive successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will partner with clients to assess existing business processes, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and develop scalable procedures and workflows that support AI-enabled ways of working. Leveraging Six Sigma principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and practical business consulting experience, you will help organizations optimize operations, improve productivity, and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Project Managers, Change Management Architects, and client leadership, to translate business needs into actionable process improvements and adoption strategies. Bridge Partners provides consulting expertise to help clients modernize business processes and drive user adoption of productivity technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 solutions. This role offers flexible, varying hours ranging from 20–40 hours per week, depending on client and project needs. How You’ll Contribute Assess and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement through Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions. Apply Six Sigma principles, process improvement methodologies, and continuous improvement best practices to design, optimize, and implement scalable business processes. Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and provide strategic recommendations that align process improvements with organizational objectives. Develop and document standardized operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflows, and best practices that support operational efficiency and sustainable business transformation. Lead business process assessments, stakeholder workshops, and consulting sessions to identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and AI adoption. Develop and execute adoption and change management strategies that support new processes, minimize resistance, ensure operational readiness, and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot investments. Facilitate workshops and demonstration sessions highlighting practical, industry-specific Copilot use cases and opportunities to streamline business operations. Establish measurable success criteria, KPIs, and performance metrics to evaluate process improvements, user adoption, operational efficiency, and business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop implementation plans, communicate process changes, and ensure stakeholders are aligned on project milestones, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. Leverage established change management frameworks and methodologies, as appropriate, to support successful implementation and long-term adoption of improved business processes. Your Skills and Approach 8–10+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational consulting, organizational transformation, Adoption & Change Management, or related consulting roles. Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, Lean principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices, with demonstrated experience applying these approaches to business challenges. Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience leading process improvement initiatives. Proven ability to evaluate business operations, identify process inefficiencies, and develop practical, scalable solutions that improve productivity and business performance. Experience developing process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and operational frameworks to support organizational transformation. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale Microsoft 365, Copilot, or technology-enabled business transformation initiatives. Strong business consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process assessment, solution development, and strategic recommendations. Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with the ability to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvement. Ability to define and measure success through KPIs, process performance metrics, adoption data, and ROI alignment. Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience leading business process workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive briefings. Familiarity with change management methodologies, including Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent frameworks, is a plus. Executive presence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a client-facing consulting environment. Compensation The hourly pay range for this role is $70.00 to $85.00 per hour . The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location.
