Interprets Corporate and accounting policies and ensures compliance with procedures and practices. Performs specialized work requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting theory and practices in addition to corporate policy.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, and maintain daily customer pricing for Accounts Receivable.Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of monthly activity. Respond to internal and external requests for quotations by preparing and providing pricing information.Analyze accounting records, reports, and systems, and recommend improvements where appropriateCollaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing issues, maintain account accuracy, and support collection efforts. Process and post daily A/R Sales Order transactions.Provide guidance regarding accounting policies, procedures, and financial information.Partner with division and plant personnel to share accounting knowledge, best practices, and tools.
