Call Center Rep

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Pay: $20/Hour

Hours: 9AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday

A local Parsippany company is searching for a Call Center Representative who will have core responsibilities in client care. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Call Center Rep be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed customer service team team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our Customer Service Rep is vital to our success.

Responsibilities:

• You will be sitting at a computer and using a headset to handle inbound an outbound calls
• You will need to be comfortable handling a high call volume
• You will be taking inbound calls from patients and doing outbound calls to get prospects to schedule a free hearing test appointment at a clinic near them.

Physical Requirements:


• Sitting at a computer, staring at screen, using headset, high call volume inbound and outbound, sitting daily.

What we look for:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including and especially Excel
• Office experience and call volume experience or professional/sales experiences is a must. 0-3 years.
