Location: Greens at Gastonia, North Carolina
Sign-On Bonus:

Shift Options:

Day, Evening, and Night shifts available.
Full-Time or Part- Time, all shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3 p.m. – 11 p.m., 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required.
8-hour shifts to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
Current CPR certification.
At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
