Senior Cost Accountant

Title: Senior Cost Accountant Salary: up to $105k Responsibilities:
- Lead cost-accounting requirements for the Infor implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Document cost-accounting configurations and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent use post-go-
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure bill of material (BOM) accuracy, proper cost rollups, and inventory valuation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to support leadership with spend management, business performance insights, and cost control initiatives.
- Perform month-end responsibilities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Functional backup for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to maintain workflow continuity.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and ability to maintain compliant processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
- 5+ years in financial management and cost accounting.
