Java Backend Engineer (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Backend Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and related technologies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions for critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native development
• Familiarity with database design and SQL/NoSQL systems
• Understanding of version control systems like Git
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
