Coordinates small group activities like arts and crafts, cooking etc. Supervise napping children without the supervision of the classroom teacher. Help ensure that a healthy environment is evident at all times and in accordance with all State requirements. Playground supervision with appropriate child to teacher ratios during various weather conditions Assists with distribution and clean up of lunches and snacks Assists with children during restroom breaks & accidents Assists with set-up of classroom daily Assists with classroom behavior Assists with injuries and filling out necessary paperwork Demonstrates professionalism and contributes to a positive work environment Assists with parent pick-up and drop off and extended day activities Work Environment/Physical Requirements Primarily an office/classroom position. May require significant degree of intermittent walking, bending, stooping, reaching and stretching for long periods of time. May require lifting of up to 40 lbs.
