Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) If you're an Occupational Therapist who loves helping kids build independence and confidence in their everyday lives, this is the right place for you. About Little Miracles Little Miracles, Inc. is a therapist-run organization located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, offering both pediatric therapy services and licensed childcare. Our integrated approach allows our therapists the opportunity to collaborate with caregivers and serve children within their natural environment. We've built a workplace where clinicians feel supported, families feel cared for, and kids can truly thrive. Compensation- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000

- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental needs
- Support skill development related to daily living, sensory processing, and motor function
- Collaborate closely with speech therapists, physical therapists, and childcare providers
- Educate and partner with families to promote carry over at home
- Maintain organized documentation and manage caseload effectively
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and flexible
- Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to pass a background check
- Enjoy thinking creatively to help kids reach milestones
- Want to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
