Shift : 7-4:30
Location : Guntown, MS

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounting Specialist for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $18/hr! Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with accrual accounting processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in accrual accounting and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes
• Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
