What’s a typical day like as a Project Coordinator ? You’ll be:

• Working as part of a customer-facing team to manage the flow of communication between the company and their airline customers during aircraft engine repair projects. Communication will be via email and phone; not in a call center. Thorough on the job training will be provided; prior airline industry experience is not required
• Working with customers to coordinate inbound engine shipments, accessories, and parts
• Providing periodic status updates to customers and internal teams as engines progress through the repair process
• Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
